What idpol believe in:
1) We have the perfect system in place, just stop discrimination
2) discrimination causes all problems
3) if you're gay you don't have white privilege
4) each identity has their own problems and needs
5) if you disagree with idpol you are a bigot
6) Politics should be judged by skin color and genitalia, not actions
7) Integration is bad, identities can only mix well so much
8) economic theories that favor class and not idpol are nonsense created by white men to justify their white male privilege. 
9) suffering needs to be equal among all identities. getting rid of systems that cause suffering is an irrelevant goal.
